The principal of the firm, Srinivas Maganty, has over ten years experience in numerous matters in Australia. Prior to practicing in Australia, Srinivas, was employed as an advocate in India.
Mr. Maganty provides timely strategic advice to reduce the stress associated with litigation. Having been involved in numerous high level matters, Srinivas, is able to analyse the merits of cases and determine the most appropriate and cost-effective approach to resolve disputes
Mr. Maganty also advises and provides assistance in relation to a range of business and personal transactions.
On 19 July 2018 Mr. Maganty has been appointed to the role of Public Notary by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria pursuant to the Public Notaries Act 2001 of the State of Victoria.
Having been entered onto the roll of the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia, Srinivas is eligible to practice in any Victorian or Federal Court of law.
